Who we are

Nestway is a listing-optimization tool for Airbnb hosts. This page explains what information we handle when you use it, and the basic terms of using the tool.

What we process, and why

• Your listing text. When you paste your Airbnb listing content (or we fetch it from a link you provide) to run a scan, that text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your analysis. We do not store this text on our own servers after your scan completes — it is processed and discarded.
• Your answers in the scan. Things like your target guest type are used only to generate your results, in the same request, and are not stored afterwards.
• Payment information. If you unlock the full advice, your purchase is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. Nestway never sees or stores your card details. Lemon Squeezy collects your email address to send your receipt and license key — see Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for how they handle that.
• Your license key. After purchase, your license key is stored only in your own browser (local storage on your device) so you don't have to re-enter it on your next visit. We don't maintain a database linking keys to identities beyond what Lemon Squeezy manages for activation limits.

What we don't do

• We don't use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels.
• We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
• We don't build a profile of you across visits beyond the local "already purchased" flag stored on your own device.

Third parties involved

• Anthropic (Claude API) — processes your listing text to generate the analysis. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Lemon Squeezy — handles checkout, payment, tax, and license key delivery as merchant of record.
• Vercel — hosts this website and its serverless functions.

Your rights

If you're in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with data protection rights (e.g. GDPR), you can ask what data we hold about you, request deletion, or raise a concern. Since we don't retain your listing text or scan answers after processing, there is generally nothing to delete on our end beyond what Lemon Squeezy holds for your purchase — contact them directly for purchase-related data requests, or reach us using the contact details below for anything else.

Terms of use

• Nestway's scan and advice are a guide based on publicly visible listing information and your own answers. Airbnb's actual ranking algorithm uses 800+ signals; your real results may vary, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes (bookings, ranking position, or revenue).
• The one-time purchase unlocks the full advice for that scan. See Lemon Squeezy's terms for refund and payment conditions.
• Don't paste content into the scan that you don't have the right to share (e.g. someone else's private information).
